Re-strategise !

Nov 21 2005 - Managed a 10km run on the treadmill just under 72mins and tried to do weights for biceps and back. Sadly, idiotic ppl hogging the weights and I only managed to do biceps. Sigh, do I have to go to gym in the morning instead? I'm not a morning person!

Guilt haunts - Terry Fox Run, Bukit Aman, Ipoh KRI, you name it, I didn't go for it. I haven't done ANY run since 21km @ KLIM 2005. Excuses aplenty, even abandoned 21km @ Singapore Marathon :( Rest assure I WILL do it some day!

Hence I forced myself into running 10km on the treadmill today, only my 2nd time in gym.

Wanted to support my Pacemaker friends in their debut New Year Run, but I can't :( Wanna do Mizuno Wave Run on 18th Dec, but nope, can't make that either. So end of story, running chapter closed for this year and reopened in time for 21km @ KLIM 2006 ????

Still very tempted to do Dualthon/Triathlons


1hr cardio - This is a friendly reminder to keep at it. I've even taken up Step! I still can't tell my left from right most of the time, but I'm getting there! Will stick to single board before I attempt knocking everyone down in double board! ROTFL
