June 19 2004 - Been a rather chaotic week marked by the passing of my paternal granma. Think I'll be sliding down the progress graph, with a dip equivalent to the downfall of any bourse! hehe..

Update on AWOL TNG card - Thanks to staff of Putra LRT, my TNG card was brought back fr the depths of the underground rail system. The highlight of my week :D

What workout? - Only managed one round of my customized exercise program and one Body Pump class. Truly sad. Been so sleep-deprived, my energy levels have dipped too. Sleeping and eating habits all down the drain, what more it's the durian season!

Have been trying to achieve Level 5 of the abs strength test, to no avail. Guess I've to keep strengthening my core muscles. Hm.. sounds like more Pilates required.

Euro 2004 is killing me - with late night matches. Hard-up footie fans would do anything to watch 22 men kick a ball around a field for 90 minutes. Haha... Haven't readjusted my schedule to my advantage. Anyone wanna join me for a run before work?
