28 Jun 2004 - Finally met up with gym nutrionist, Rosaline for an eval. I had nothing much to tell her, but she had loads of advice for me. Basically to eat more and to eat right.
Eat like a bird, shit like an elephant - Hehe.. ever heard of this phrase? I was amused the first time I heard it. Not much relevance here, just felt like saying it. But, you get the idea. :P
Rosaline says...
- Eat carbs!
- Increase dairy intake
- Increase vegetables intake
- Vary types of food to vary vitamins and minerals intake and to avoid boredom
Eat Carbs! - I seldom eat carbohydrates and I always get stares when I mention this. Heck I've been doin it for years, but maybe therein lies my problem.
I still think the problem with my physique lies within my diet. I find it very difficult to lose weight. Slowly, I resolve to change my physique, which ultimately is the reason why I signed up for this challenge. Any ideas? No buffet invites please! :P
Hamster on High - Since my follow-up last week, I've been set on an intense cardio work-out and abs training in addition to my weight training program and usual Body pump and body combat classes at gym. Anxious to see if these will have any bearings on my next measurements as a 'lab rat' hehe..
