9 Jul 2004 - Failed to see marked improvements in my 3rd Follow Up! Help! Gotta re-organise, re-strategise and kick things up 2 notches!
Rammish, help! - Despite running 3km(7min/km pace) almost everyday for the past 2 weeks, my body weight nor fat %-age did NOT decrease. :( Decided to seek out Rammish, a senior Fitness Instructor(FI) for a revamp to my workout and to put the pressure on him. hehe..
Did I mention Rammish can now rival Shah Rukh Khan of Bollywood fame, since he's shaved off his moustache?? LOL he does look years younger!
psst! I can assure you I don't gorge on food, so I wonder where the fuel I run on comes from! Adrenaline??
Wise words
- Increase cardio - run 5km a day?
- Weight training on one/two muscle group(s) a day
- Do 3 sets(15 reps)
- Rapid first set, short break
- Increase weight for 2nd set, short break
- Increase weight for 3rd set, 8 slow full reps
- 4th set (optional): Decrease weight for 4th set
Keep Focused - 2months left to lose all I've to lose. Close to holding a bunsen burner to burn off that stubborn baby-fat. hehe.. Though I still think I look cute now! ROTFLMAO (Read: Rolling On The Floor Laughing My Ass Off)
